4 Things I learned
from the 2013 Blogger Book Fair:

5. Blog hops can be fun!

I always had the impression that bloghops were time intensive and stressful.  I was wrong.  It was stressfree, and because I kept my reviews short and sweet, the only time I needed was the time it took to read books.  And reading is never a waste of time.

4. Blog hops can generate
The Blogger Book Fair gave
me a big  bump in my readership.  Leather to the Corinthians and Fifty Shades of Jungle Fever had the
most hits.

3.  Indie Writers are just as good as Traditional Writers

2.  How Not to be perfect

I had
to give myself permission not to be perfect and keep them short.  I tend to obsess over being
perfect.  If I had spent more time on the, the reviews would
have been longer, but I don’t think they would have been better.  Personally, when i read a book review I want to know what you liked, what you didn’t like, and if the author had a good writing style.

1.  Respect.
I didn’t like all of the books I had to review, but I strongly respect every single author whose book I reviewed.  I am in awe of you.  You have done something I have been dreaming about doing since I had my first sci-fi dream about controlling Godzilla and King Kong with a remote control.
